A place that goes beyond expectations. Customer service is one of its strongest points, clearly driven by excellent management. Assistant manager Diana deserves special recognition—always attentive, efficient, and with an attitude that truly enhances the experience. Love BIBIBOP. This one was very clean. The employees very friendly and food fresh and well stocked. We sat outside and the tables out there were also clean and organized. Pretty busy location and they kept up pretty well

A nice place to enjoy a bowl with beef or chicken (there is also vegetarian options) served over rice or noodles. I had tried their new BBQ beef. I asked for half noodles and half white rice. Sides (toppings) included kimchi, kale, black beans, and avocado (cost an additional $1.5). The beef amount is measured by a cup size. There a choice of various sauces that are sprinkled over the bowl. The total was $12.99. Service was fast and welcoming. While I cannot be sure about the flavors being authentic Korean, the beef tasted nice and I was satisfied. Will come again to try some other new bowls offerings when available.

Fantastic and fresh food, quickly and at a reasonable price! There are portion sizes for every appetite, a variety of options to appease most dietary restrictions. If I ever end back up in OH I will definitely be stopping by!

We love all the options at bimbibop and stop whenever we are near one! I love that it’s all gluten free and I feel so safe eating there! The whole family loves it!

This restaurant is all around a great experience. Me and my friend group went in there and the interior intrigued us, so we decided try it out. It's kind of like chipotle, in the sense you make your own bowl, and they had a bunch of options and stuff I hadn't seen before. They had purple rice, sweet potato noodles, steak, kbbq, glazed salmon, and a bunch of other toppings and ingredients. The atmosphere was great also because of the people and staff. On top of The staff being very benevolent and patient, the customers were too. The man in front of me heard me ask my friends about the purple rice, and when they didn't know anything he explained that it was just higher protein rice that used to be served to royalty and that I should try it. That leads me to my other point because of all the ingredients I hadn't had before, the bowl I made had a very unique and complex taste. It was nice because there was ingredients I hadn't seen and there was also ingredients I knew I loved. Not only did I like it, this place also got Asian friend approved. I would heavily encourage anyone in the area to try this out.
